- Member Data: To operate the platform on your behalf, we process data belonging to your gym members, including their names, contact details, biometric access logs (if applicable), and membership statuses. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your members for this processing.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, such as login times, feature usage, and device diagnostic information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Prymic platform. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Process transactions and send related information, including invoices and payment reminders.
- Provide technical support and respond to your inquiries.
- Monitor hardware performance and push necessary firmware updates.

3. Aggregated Data and AI Improvements
Kodfec continuously strives to build industry-leading AI models. We may aggregate and completely anonymize the data processed through the Prymic platform so that it cannot be reasonably linked to any individual gym member or specific facility. We reserve the right to use this anonymized data indefinitely to:
- Train and optimize our machine learning and AI algorithms.
- Publish industry trends, benchmarking reports, and usage statistics.
- Enhance platform performance and develop new features.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personally identifiable information to third parties. We may share information under the following circumstances:
- With Service Providers: Third-party vendors who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting providers).

As a gym owner, you may update or correct your account information at any time by logging into your Prymic dashboard. You can also request the deletion of your account. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
